God's hand on Emily's Work

This is just a short blog but I wanted to update you on my work situation.

I continue to work as nursery teacher in a wonderful little preschool. I love my children, most of whom are under 2 (and if you know me you know i adore the little ones :), and I am getting on really well with most of the staff now. New classrooms have been going up everywhere which means new teachers and lots more staff. It is a really friendly environment at present and its feels really good to enjoy my work again.

Another blessing is the number of Christians starting work with us. When I started I was the only Christian. Now we have 2 teachers, 1 teaching assistant and and nanny. As well as another assistant coming for an interview!!! The difference this is making to me is huge. We all understand the issues that each other is facing and sometimes we can just remind each other that we are praying or that God will be there with us, and all the stress and strain of the work is lifted.

God is Good! I have no doubt that some of these people we placed here to support the others. Some of them really do not know how they ended up here, but I know God had the plan and I praise Him for his love. Such vast love that he has put us around each other, in a country where Christians make up far less than 1% of the population - we have a pretty massive percentage considering we have only 30 or 40 staff in the whole school :)
